Lightbooth is a wall-mounted device that takes amazing photos. Photos are sent straight to the users’ mobile phone, and the round beauty dish light makes the users look their very best.

How much space does Lightbooth take up?
Lightbooth is only 4 cm thin, and measures 64 cm in diameter. This means it can easily be mounted on any wall.
How do you get the photos?
Photos are sent by SMS message right after the photo has been taken on the Lightbooth.
Is there a limit on the amount of photos you can take?
Unlimited photos by SMS are included with every Lightbooth Plan. There is no additional cost per photo.

How do I sign up?
You can sign up using our Order Form and pay online using a credit/debit card or by bank transfer.
Where does Lightbooth ship?
Lightbooth ships worldwide.
How long time does it take before I receive Lightbooth?
Lightbooth will arrive within 1-2 workdays in Denmark, 2-5 workdays in the rest of Europe, and 7-10 workdays anywhere else in the world.
How long time is the agreement binding for?
Our pricing is based on a three-month commitment.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or Maestro.

Who owns the photos?
Any photo is owned by the guest taking it, who can choose to share or make them public.
How is the data protected?
Data is protected by our strong data protection policies as outlined in the privacy policy.
Can I have my photos deleted from Lightbooth?
Of course! Upon request, any of your photos can be permanently deleted from our servers.
Is Lightbooth GDPR compliant?
Yes, Lightbooth was developed as GDPR was coming along, making it easy for us to ensure compliance.
What data is stored on the Lightbooth servers?
The photo along with the phone number entered when taking a photo. It stays there so you can view photos later on.

How do I connect Lightbooth?
Lightbooth requires power (110V - 240V) and a cabled internet connection (ethernet).
Which internet connection do I need?
We recommend a 10 Mbps connection to ensure photos are delivered as fast as possible after they are taken.
How much power does the unit draw?
Lightbooth consumes as little power as a regular light bulb, or around 50 W.
Where is the Lightbooth data hosted?
Data is hosted on our own infrastructure in Denmark.
Does Lightbooth have WiFi?
Our testing show WiFi to be too unrealiable for industry use. Lightbooth requires a cabled connection to ensure stable operation.
